Wenco UX Designer II Role

As a UX Designer II, you'll take the lead in developing design concepts and conducting user research. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, while mentoring junior designers and contributing to UX design guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute user research strategies

• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and design guidelines

• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant UX design experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Experience in mentoring design teams

• Strong human factors understanding

• Familiarity with mining software is a plus
