IT Systems Analyst Position Available

Join Fitness World as an IT Systems Analyst in Richmond, BC. This full-time role involves managing technical support and cloud infrastructure while implementing innovative IT solutions.

As a key member of our IT department, you will focus on resolving Help Desk tickets, maintaining system infrastructure, and contributing to technology projects. Your background in Microsoft 365 and problem-solving will be crucial as you help elevate our technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve and manage Help Desk technical support requests

• Conduct new hire integrations and system updates

• Investigate and fix technical issues to enhance system efficiency

• Manage cloud platforms and on-premises servers

• Support the introduction of new IT systems and hardware

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related

• 2+ years in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Admin roles

• Familiarity with Azure AD and Linux environments

• Experience with scripting tools such as Python

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
