Part-Time IT Technician Christian School

Support technology needs at Richmond Christian School as a part-time IT Technician, providing help desk support and device management across three campuses.

As the IT Technician, you'll be the primary point of contact for all technology support requests from staff and students. This role requires 1-3 years of IT support experience, proficiency in Windows and macOS, and a commitment to the school's Christian values. You'll handle Tier 1-2 support, manage device setup, and assist with classroom technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as first contact for technology issues

• Log, triage, and resolve IT support tickets

• Manage device setup and deployment

• Maintain classroom AV technology

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding workflows

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or related field

• 1-3 years of IT help desk experience

• Proficient in Windows and macOS systems

• Strong interpersonal skills and patience

• Valid BC driver’s license required
