As a Senior Virtualization and Storage Administrator, you will oversee critical storage and virtualization platforms, including SAN and NAS, across MDA Space's operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring optimal functionality and security, supporting significant workload migrations, and driving automation to enhance system efficiency. Collaboration with teams across Backup, Network, and Security will be essential for the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor virtualization platforms

• Support lifecycle management of virtualization solutions

• Execute workload migrations and ensure documentation

• Manage enterprise storage configuration and connectivity

• Troubleshoot and refine system performance metrics

Requirements:

• 8+ years in systems administration or similar roles

• In-depth knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox VE

• Experience with enterprise storage solutions and protocols

• Proven expertise in high availability and disaster recovery practices

• Scripting proficiency with Power Shell and other languages
