The System Administrator will ensure the reliability and security of Ideon's IT systems while providing technical support to employees. In this role, you will work in a hybrid environment with both Linux and Windows systems. Collaboration with senior administrators and various teams will enhance your technical skills and increase your responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solve routine office hardware and software issues
• Provide responsive technical support to staff
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
• Manage Microsoft Entra Microsoft 365 administration
• Troubleshoot network and server issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field
• Proficient in Windows and basic Linux administration
• Knowledge of networking concepts and cybersecurity
• Strong communication skills in English
