Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Support Windows and Mac hardware and software repairs
• Provide repair status updates to customers
• Communicate technical issues understandably
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Mac OS X
• Experience providing end-user IT support
• Strong skills in PC and Mac operating systems
• Bilingual in English and French
• Valid driver's license and experience in repairing iMac devices
Excel in technical repairs, client communications, and support across both Mac and PC systems.
