Key Responsibilities:- Create knowledge base articles with Support and Engineering
- Edit and standardize documentation using corporate style guidelines
- Archive support agent knowledge base articles
- Review published materials and recommend revisions
- Track writing projects efficiently and accurately
- One or more years supporting customers or agents
- Bachelor’s degree and technical documentation experience
- Strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex technical information
- Microsoft Word experience and technical writing portfolio
