What You’ll Be Doing- Deliver ICBC Autoplan and private automobile insurance services both in-office and at dealership locations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients at the counter, responding to incoming calls, and supporting daily office operations
- Achieve and manage production targets, including ICBC Autoplan and private auto insurance sales
- Adhere to all ICBC, private insurer, and BC Insurance Council policies, rules, and regulations
- Maintain accurate control and documentation of ICBC inventory, funds, and related records
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Engage in ongoing professional development to strengthen industry knowledge and enhance skills
- Level 1 General Insurance License (mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months of auto insurance experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service
- Sales initiative, motivation, and drive
- Use of a personal vehicle to travel to dealership locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
