As a leader, your responsibilities include managing a talented team of Disability Claim Specialists. With over two years in people management and experience in Life and Disability insurance, you will enhance team performance and facilitate effective operational practices. Building strong stakeholder connections will also be a significant part of your role within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support team members with complex claims navigation
• Oversee communication with key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Coach and mentor team members for growth
• Contribute to strategic team discussions and decision-making
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education relevant to the role
• Minimum two years of management experience
• Fluent in both French and English
• Strong background in Life and Disability insurance
• Insurance designation (LOMA) considered beneficial
