Hybrid Claims Liaison at NFP

NFP is seeking an experienced Claims Liaison to join a dedicated team focused on improving client and claims relationships. You will manage end-to-end claims for key clients, provide strategic advice, and coordinate with third-party service providers. Your extensive experience in Commercial P&C claims will drive overall team success and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide claims management for key clients across multiple coverage lines
• Analyze complex claim strategies and exposures
• Develop protocols for enhanced claims handling
• Coordinate relationships with third-party service providers
• Establish connections with claims leaders in Canada
Requirements:
• RIBO License and commitment to other jurisdictions
• Over 10 years in brokerage and claims experience
• Knowledge of Cyber and E&O claims
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel
• Bilingualism considered an asset
