Vendor Managed Inventory Associate

In this role, you will manage inventory replenishment, forecast usage patterns, and coordinate deliveries with vendors. Your responsibilities include monitoring stock levels using VMI software, conducting physical inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies. Collaborating with sales, purchasing, and customer service teams is essential to align inventory strategies with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels at customer sites with VMI software

• Forecast demand and generate replenishment orders

• Schedule deliveries with logistics teams and vendors

• Conduct physical inventory counts regularly

• Maintain up-to-date inventory records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and inventory software

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean abstract

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in various settings
