As an Order Entry & Inventory Specialist, you will play a vital role in demand planning and purchase order management. Collaborate closely with overseas vendors and logistics partners to maintain inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery. This position requires effective communication and advanced computer skills, particularly with web-based vendor portals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review inventory levels against sales forecasts
• Prepare and track purchase orders with suppliers
• Coordinate shipping schedules and vessel bookings
• Liaise with freight carriers for domestic deliveries
• Organize quality inspections before shipments
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma required
• 3–5 years in supply chain or inventory coordination
• Advanced skills in databases and vendor portals
• Effective communication with stakeholders
• Experience with demand planning and overseas vendors
