This role is essential for streamlining customer demand and production capacity. With 3-5 years of supply chain experience, you will focus on data-driven insights and continuous improvements. Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Inventory to support integrated planning and S&OP processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain demand and production plans
• Balance customer demand with operational capacity
• Collaborate with teams to align planning priorities
• Monitor inventory levels for risks and opportunities
• Analyze planning performance for decision-making support
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3-5 years in supply chain, demand, or production planning
• Manufacturing experience is required
• Advanced Excel and ERP system skills
• CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus
