Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries

• Coordinate shipments across all transportation modes

• Manage freight requests, quotes, and customs documentation

• Track shipments and resolve service issues proactively

• Oversee billing accuracy and discrepancy resolution

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in freight forwarding or logistics

• Knowledge of various transportation modes

• Understanding of customs processes and Incoterms

• Experience with Cargo Wise preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
