bonus opportunitiesAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and
customer-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, manage logistics operations, and ensure a high standard of service delivery across project accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries promptly via phone and emailCoordinate shipments across air, ocean, rail, and ground transportationManage freight requests, quotes, customs coordination, and documentationSelect and communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teamsTrack shipments, resolve issues, and proactively prevent service failuresHandle billing processes, including invoice accuracy, cost tracking, and discrepancy resolutionMonitor reports, identify exceptions, and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate records in the freight management systemSupport SOP development and implementation for new and existing accountsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencyQualifications3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or project logisticsStrong knowledge of transportation modes (air, ocean, ground, rail)Understanding of Canadian customs processes and IncotermsExperience with Cargo Wise (preferred)IATA, IMO, or TDG certifications considered an assetStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWhat’s OfferedEligible for quarterly performance bonusRRSP3 weeks vacationHealth and dental benefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment where customer service, accuracy, and operational excellence are key.
