About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, manage logistics operations, and ensure a high standard of service delivery across project accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries promptly via phone and email

Coordinate shipments across air, ocean, rail, and ground transportation

Manage freight requests, quotes, customs coordination, and documentation

Select and communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams

Track shipments, resolve issues, and proactively prevent service failures

Handle billing processes, including invoice accuracy, cost tracking, and discrepancy resolution

Monitor reports, identify exceptions, and implement corrective actions

Maintain accurate records in the freight management system

Support SOP development and implementation for new and existing accounts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or project logistics

Strong knowledge of transportation modes (air, ocean, ground, rail)

Understanding of Canadian customs processes and Incoterms

Experience with Cargo Wise (preferred)

IATA, IMO, or TDG certifications considered an asset

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
