Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch TCPs, LCTs, and supervisors to job sites

• Manage schedule changes and call-outs effectively

• Communicate regularly with field crews and clients

• Ensure staffing efficiency at all sites

• Track attendance and shift coverage proactively

Requirements:

• Experience in dispatching or traffic control preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication in professional settings

• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and dispatch systems

• Flexible with evening and weekend shifts
