This position is perfect for an experienced purchasing professional who can manage relationships with dealerships and wholesalers. You will source vehicles, negotiate terms, and ensure a consistent inventory that aligns with customer demand. In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with sales and financing teams to streamline vehicle acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase vehicles from various suppliers

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery details

• Review and approve vehicle histories and inspection reports

• Prepare purchase orders and supplier agreements

• Maintain strong supplier and dealership relationships

Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent experience required

• Background in purchasing or automotive sales needed

• Knowledge of market pricing and vehicle conditions preferred

• Attention to detail in document reviews

• Proficient with inventory management systems
