IntermodeX is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator who excels in fast-paced environments. With over two years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, you will facilitate drayage and coordinate transportation while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Your role is critical in ensuring efficient cargo movement across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate drayage between facilities, terminals, and customers

• Collaborate with ocean carriers, railways, and trucking firms

• Manage equipment releases and transportation schedules

• Resolve operational challenges and service disruptions

• Communicate shipment statuses and solutions to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in logistics or supply chain

• Education in logistics, transportation, or related fields

• Strong understanding of container shipping operations

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
