Position: Supply Chain Manager at Donald's Fine Foods
Lead supply chain initiatives at Donald's Fine Foods, a specialty meat processing company. This pivotal role involves managing product flow and strategizing for five operating brands across Western Canada.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee comprehensive operations, reporting directly to the COO. Your responsibilities will include building a three-year strategy, managing transportation logistics, and ensuring inventory accuracy for effective operations. You'll lead a team focused on efficiency and root cause resolution, creating an environment that supports proactive management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the three-year supply chain strategy

• Control freight, storage, and detention costs efficiently

• Ensure accuracy in inventory management and cycle counts

• Create a rolling capacity and transportation outlook

• Build a fact-based culture within the team

Requirements:

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field

• Minimum seven years of supply chain management experience

• Experience in food manufacturing or refrigerated distribution

• Strong command of ERP/WMS/TMS systems

• Proven track record of building systems across multiple sites
