• The candidate must ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
• The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the equipment operates properly.
• The candidate will be responsible for maintaining work records and logs.
• The candidate will be responsible for monitoring personnel workloads and locations.
• The candidate will be responsible for performing general office duties.
• The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
• The candidate must advise vehicle operators about traffic and other problems.
• The candidate will be expected to assist with the maintenance of communications equipment.
• The candidate must dispatch personnel in accordance with schedules and work orders.
• The candidate will be responsible for following up on work-order issues.
• The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of shipments.
• The candidate must maintain vehicle operator work records.
• The candidate must be able to use computer-assisted communications and dispatching equipment.
• The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other expenses.

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be client focused.
• The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
• The candidate should be a good team player.
