Operations Dispatcher for Traffic Control

You’ll manage staffing, oversee workflow improvements, and ensure that crews and supervisors are well-supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate TCPs, LCTs, and site supervisors daily

• Address last-minute changes and scheduling needs

• Communicate regularly with field and management teams

• Ensure all sites are staffed and operating smoothly

• Adapt plans quickly to solve problems

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, dispatching, or traffic control preferred

• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills in a professional context

• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and dispatch systems

• Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends
