Vehicle Testing Operations Coordinator

As the Vehicle Testing Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in Rivian’s mission by managing project schedules, directing vehicle operators, and implementing safety protocols throughout testing. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee testing schedules and vehicle assignments

• Develop and enforce testing procedures and standards

• Aid in training and onboarding of new operators

• Monitor driving habits and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Proven supervisory experience in vehicle testing

• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities

• Proficiency in Google Suite applications

• Availability for flexible hours, including overtime

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with a valid driver’s license
