Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our supply chain team. In this vital role, you will orchestrate the seamless movement of goods, oversee warehouse distribution, and manage transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels. Your proactive approach will drive process improvements, enhance supply chain efficiency, and support our commitment to exceptional order fulfillment.

Duties
  • Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including shipping & receiving, order picking, and materials management to meet customer demands efficiently.
  • Manage transportation logistics using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize freight routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to monitor supply chain performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for increased productivity.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and freight carriers to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records within ERP systems such as AS400 and other warehouse management tools; ensure compliance with shipping & packaging standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and recommending innovative solutions for efficiency gains.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials management within a supply chain environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., AS400), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and CMMS platforms.
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information and develop actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, pricing models, and demand planning techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with freight management, 3PL coordination, order fulfillment, packaging standards, and shipping regulations.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely; warehouse experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cabinet manufacturing experience is an asset.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
