What You’ll Do
  • Analyze and manage customs documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on customs requirements, tariff classifications, and trade programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless import/export operations.
  • Monitor and stay up‑to‑date on changes in customs laws and international trade policies.
  • Mentor junior analysts, sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.
  • Foster strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for complex customs matters.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage or trade compliance, with a solid understanding of international trade regulations.
  • Industry-related certifications (CCS, CTCS, or equivalent professional status).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle complex shipments and navigate regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, government agencies, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Customs certifications or related qualifications are a plus.
