Wholesale Operations Specialist

Nest Designs & Petite Revery is seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Specialist based in Richmond, BC. This role focuses on logistics, order management, and customer support within sustainable children's apparel.

The Wholesale Operations Specialist will ensure smooth operations of the wholesale business, collaborating closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Management teams. You will optimize processes, track inventory levels, and resolve logistics issues to enhance customer satisfaction. This position demands strong organizational skills and proficiency in order management systems such as Brandboom and EDI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation logistics for on-time order delivery

• Manage inventory with merchandising & warehouse teams

• Process order changes, cancellations, and backorders

• Communicate professionally with wholesale customers

• Ensure accurate documentation of processes and policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in operational or logistics role

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience with inventory management platforms
