• Develop and implement load assignments for client shipments

• Monitor on-time delivery performance and adjust plans

• Facilitate carrier negotiations to secure competitive rates

• Lead client meetings and address logistical challenges

• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in logistics-related roles

• Experience with Cargowise and other TMS

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage customs and compliance effectively

• Capacity to handle customer service inquiries promptly
