• Verify transport possibilities and negotiate rates with airlines

• Produce rates in the operational system efficiently

• Understand customer needs and propose innovative solutions

• Collaborate with sales and service teams for effective operations

• Issue non-conformity notices per ISO requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma in professional studies or equivalent experience

• Experience in air freight is essential

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Bilingual in English and French, both written and oral

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
