As a Lane Closure Technician, you will be an integral part of the Traffic Control team. This role is crucial for guiding traffic safely at work sites and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Your hands-on experience, alongside your knowledge of traffic control protocols, will minimize disruptions and ensure efficient road management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead traffic control personnel during setup and teardown

• Set up and monitor traffic control zones

• Provide precise signals and directions to motorists

• Participate in safety incident investigations

• Conduct traffic control at special events as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of BC LCT experience

• Current TCP certification recognized by WorkSafeBC

• Clean driver's license and smartphone proficiency

• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and management plans

• Excellent accountability and conflict management skills
