Purolator Maintenance Supervisor

Position: Purolator Maintenance Supervisor Role
Elevate maintenance standards for Material Handling Equipment at Purolator as a Supervisor. Aim for maximum uptime and maintain high-quality standards across our Regional Hubs.

Reporting to the Manager of Maintenance Regional, this role emphasizes overseeing the performance of maintenance programs ensuring minimum downtime of 99.95%. You will lead inspections, develop maintenance schedules, and monitor repair quality. This position’s shift work involves managing a skilled trades team to support high-speed operations in our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve high availability of MHE systems

• Establish and refine maintenance program quality

• Coordinate outside contractor maintenance schedules

• Perform quality inspections on equipment

• Assess employee repair standards and productivity

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent credentials

• 5 years in a supervisory capacity with skilled trades

• 5 years experience with Conveyor systems in robust environments

• Proven ability as a lead-hand or supervisor

• Proficient in English for effective collaboration
