Aircraft Maintenance Training Specialist

You will join the Quality Assurance team and play a vital role in developing and enhancing training programs for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs). Your contributions will include delivering hands-on instruction, managing training schedules, and fostering professional growth among maintenance personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update comprehensive training materials and courses
• Design content aligned with aviation standards and regulations
• Oversee in-class training for 704 and 705 fleet types
• Mentor AMEs in practical maintenance procedures
• Provide ongoing evaluations and support for development plans
Requirements:
• Valid AME M1 and/or M2 License essential
• Five years experience in aircraft maintenance required
• Mentoring or instruction experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
