We’re looking for Structures AMEs to join our Richmond team. If you’re passionate about precision, problem-solving, and working on cutting-edge rotary aircraft, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Repair & Innovate:
    Assess damage and corrosion, repair, replace, and modify sheet metal or composite structures using approved procedures and OEM technical data.
  • Precision Work:
    Position and align subassemblies using jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments. Follow blueprints to ensure flawless assembly.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Inspect completed work, perform serviceability tests, and sign off documentation with confidence.
  • Hands-On Expertise:
    Drill, rivet, bolt, and install components with accuracy—every detail matters.
  • Team Spirit:
    Maintain a clean, organized workspace and collaborate with a skilled team to deliver excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Shift work required with occasional weekends as required
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

What You Bring

  • A Transport Canada AME S License and at least 3 years of rotary wing experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proven track record of reliability.
  • Legal right to live and work in Canada.
