Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the aviation maintenance team and oversee operations
• Coordinate all maintenance activities and inspections
• Ensure accurate completion of technical records and compliance

• Manage resources and support resolution of mechanical issues
Requirements:
• Valid Transport Canada AME License (M1, M2 or both)
• At least 5-7 years in helicopter maintenance roles
• Preferred experience with Sikorsky and Airbus helicopters
• Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
