Take on the important role of Maintenance Control Planner at Pacific Coastal Airlines in Richmond. Manage technical dispatch and oversee fleet maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
This position supports daily operations at Vancouver International Airport. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will monitor deferred defects, plan maintenance events, and collaborate with various teams to optimize aircraft serviceability. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain continuous tracking of Deferred Defects and MELs
• Create work packages for maintenance across facilities
• Coordinate with personnel during irregular operations as needed
• Document daily operational delays and serviceability reports
• Facilitate parts management and approve purchase orders
Requirements:
• Transport Canada AME Class M1/M2 license required
• Minimum five years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices
• Effective communication and multi-tasking skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
