Weekends Building Cleaner Position

Become a vital part of Alliance Maintenance as a Building Cleaner, ensuring a spotless environment across residential strata properties. Enjoy a focused role on weekends from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness inside and outside buildings while keeping high-traffic areas sanitized. Ideal candidates should be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. As a Building Cleaner, your responsibilities will include cleaning washrooms, stairways, and exterior spaces, while potentially encountering light biohazard waste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean the lobby, hallways, and stairways regularly

• Vacuum carpeted areas for a tidy appearance

• Mop tiled floors in entrances and amenity spaces

• Sanitize washrooms and gym areas thoroughly

• Conduct exterior walk-throughs and litter pick-ups

Requirements:

• Communication skills in English

• Reliability and punctuality as key traits

• Ability to lift 20 lbs and climb 5-foot ladders

• High school diploma or equivalent
