Reception, visitor service, and cleaning skills support residents at Cogir Senior Living while maintaining welcoming, organized common areas.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Janitor manages front desk communications and common-area cleaning. The work includes answering calls, directing visitors, handling mail, and responding to resident needs. Standard institutional cleaning knowledge, English communication, and empathy are important.
Key Responsibilities:- Run the front desk courteously and efficiently
- Answer calls and redirect inquiries professionally
- Greet, assist, and direct visitors
- Clean and sanitize common areas
- Respond to emergency systems and resident concerns
- Excellent English communication skills with empathy and patience
- Knowledge of standard institutional cleaning techniques
- Previous commercial, residential, or healthcare cleaning experience desirable
- Current CPR, First Aid, and required screenings
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
Support Cogir residents through professional reception, dependable cleaning, emergency response, and attentive communication across the residence.
