Dolphin Cleaning Services Ltd seeks a full-time manager for its janitorial service company. This permanent position oversees daily operations, staff, inventory, vehicles, equipment, and customer concerns. The work is completed on site in Richmond, British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct, evaluate, and organize daily cleaning operations
- Establish or implement staff policies and procedures
- Plan and control budgets and inventory
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise eleven to fifteen staff
- Address complaints and conduct site visits
- College or CEGEP education
- Three years to less than five years of experience
- English language proficiency
- Class 5/5F/G licence and valid driver's licence
- Organization, reliability, judgement, and attention to detail
