We are looking for a strong Operations Manager to lead field operations, oversee multiple civil projects, and support our growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned Superintendent or an existing Operations Manager ready to step into a bigger leadership role.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple civil projects
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and field teams
• Ensure projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets
• Participate in bid reviews and identify project efficiencies
• Support workforce planning and resource allocation
• Build strong relationships with clients and trade partners
• Collaborate closely with ownership on operational strategy

• Significant experience in civil construction (underground utilities, deep services, roads, heavy civil)
• Experience as a Superintendent managing multiple crews OR experience as an Operations Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive accountability and mentor teams
• Proven operational performance track record

• Salary: $125K-$150K base + bonus & benefits
