AGI, with over 45 years of service excellence, is looking for an Operations Supervisor. This role positions you as the central figure in coordinating ground handling operations. You will adapt to real-time changes and ensure smooth interactions between the Ramp Operations and the airline's OCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead communication between Ramp Operations and airline Control Center

• Allocate Ground Support Equipment and manage flight schedules

• Develop and implement plans for Irregular Operations

• Analyze performance metrics and report delay causes

• Enforce safety protocols throughout your team

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in aviation ground handling is essential

• Strong technical skills; familiarity with flight tracking systems a plus

• Exceptional communication skills in high-stress situations

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in diverse weather
