With more than 20 years in the construction sector, you will cultivate a culture of safety and accountability while driving performance through effective team leadership.
Your role will include managing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment with Flatiron Dragados’s broader goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operations across major civil infrastructure projects
• Manage project financial health including forecasting and reporting
• Evaluate and approve project bids in collaboration with bid teams
• Promote adherence to safety protocols among all stakeholders
• Enhance project control and reporting structures
Requirements:
• Minimum 20 years of heavy civil construction experience
• Proven leadership in managing teams on large projects
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies
