** Ontario Health is seeking a strategic, collaborative leader to oversee the multidisciplinary Health System Analytics team of 30–40 professionals. The Director will shape high-impact analytic products, tools, methods and models that inform health system planning, performance measurement, policy, resource allocation and quality improvement.

Combining deep expertise in health care data and analytics with exceptional people leadership, the Director will balance ongoing commitments, strategic initiatives and rapid-response priorities; strengthen organizational capability; and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and health system partners.

Key Responsibilities
* ** Lead and inspire the team:
** Provide strategic direction to a multidisciplinary team of 30–40 staff, including managers and individual contributors; foster an open, inclusive and innovative culture; and oversee recruitment, coaching, performance and retention.
* ** Set the analytics agenda:
** Partner with senior leaders across clinical programs, Regions and corporate portfolios to establish a rolling product plan aligned with organizational priorities.
