Director of Marketing & Brand

Reporting to the President & CEO, the  Director of Marketing &Brand  will own Radius’ enterprise growth and brand strategy. You will connect customer needs, market opportunity, and business capability to create a clear, differentiated position and deliver meaningful commercial results.
Working closely with Sales, Operations, Product & Technology, Business Unit Directors, customers, and the Executive Team, you will be one of the principal architects of Radius’ next chapter of growth—helping guide the organization from $50M to $150M.

Compensation:
Starting at $120,000 annually, depending on experience.

Job Description  What You’ll Lead:
Be a champion of our Radius DNA and lead by example for others.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing internal marketing team, creating clear priorities, meaningful growth opportunities, and a strong culture of accountability.
Build future marketing leaders by providing ongoing feedback, mentorship, and development plans that strengthen individual capability and team performance.
Oversee external marketing partners and vendors, setting clear expectations, managing performance and budgets, and ensuring every relationship delivers quality, value, and measurable impact.
Enterprise Growth Strategy
Develop and lead Radius’ three-year commercial growth strategy across Fire & Security.
Identify high-value market, service, customer, acquisition, and expansion opportunities.
Partner with Sales to establish clear go-to-market priorities and connect marketing investment to revenue, pipeline, market share, and EBITDA growth.
Brand Leadership
Own Radius’ brand architecture, positioning, messaging, and reputation across customer, employee, and candidate audiences.
