We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to join our growing team. As a Manager, you bring your CPA designation and extensive expertise in assurance, compilation, tax and consulting services, coupled with strong leadership capabilities as proven by leading a team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to lead engagements, develop client relationships, and foster the growth of your team, all while progressing toward senior leadership positions within the firm.

• Plan, supervise, and manage engagements, ensuring all work meets professional and regulatory standards.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations to support team members’ development.
• Monitor team workload and engagement budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and timely completion of deliverables.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with CAS, GAAP, ASNPO, ASPE and PSAS.
• Guide the team in addressing complex accounting and assurance issues, ensuring practical and client-focused solutions.
• Provide clients with high-quality tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
• Research and analyze complex tax and assurance issues, communicating solutions using practical and understandable language.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.
• Identify opportunities to provide value to clients through additional service offerings.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth by participating in recruiting initiatives and delivering internal training sessions.

• CPA designation.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public practice, including at a manager level.
• Strong technical knowledge of CAS, GAAP, ASNPO, ASPE and PSAS with practical experience in Caseware and financial reporting tools.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple engagements effectively, balancing client expectations and team deliverables.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
• Excellent understanding of risk assessment, materiality, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other audit tools and technology.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
