Maersk seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Multi Carrier Asset Operations to manage daily transportation and fleet activities. You will translate operational and financial results into clear corrective actions. Your scope includes company drivers, owner operators, fleet utilization, cost to serve, revenue, gross profit, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage company drivers and owner operators against performance expectations
- Analyze operational and financial results to identify gaps
- Improve fleet capacity, utilization, productivity, and cost performance
- Support investment, lease, and resource planning
- Elevate operational, financial, safety, customer, and regulatory risks
- Proven leadership in fleet or asset-based operations
- Experience overseeing dispatch and driver performance
- Knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations preferred
- Understanding of licensing, safety, and audit requirements
- Degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
Use fleet analytics, transportation compliance knowledge, and financial judgment to guide reliable operations throughout Canada for Maersk.
