As our innovative business grows rapidly, we are seeking a Warehouse Shipper to join our team in Richmond, BC
. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Shipping Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and safe shipment of customer orders while maintaining food safety, quality, and warehouse standards in a cold chain environment.

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am-6:30pm
Wage: $23/hour

• Prepare, verify, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Palletize, stage, wrap, and label pallets daily
• Ensure all orders are correctly packed, labeled, and invoiced prior to shipment/pick up
• Confirm all shipments are picked up as scheduled
• Operate warehouse equipment (walkies, forklifts, OPR) safely to move and load product
• Adhere to GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and all food safety and quality standards
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized shipping/working areas
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report any issues related to food safety, product quality, equipment, or personnel safety to the supervisor
• Maintain shipping equipment to Intercity Packers standards
• Perform other related department duties as assigned

• Experience operating walkies, forklifts and pallet jacks is an asset. We provide in‑house training and certification
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment
• Ability to be multi‑task, handle customer inquiries and requests
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to solve routine problems using established procedures
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg safely
