* Prepare, verify, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Palletize, stage, wrap, and label pallets daily
* Ensure all orders are correctly packed, labeled, and invoiced prior to shipment/pick up
* Confirm all shipments are picked up as scheduled
* Operate warehouse equipment(walkies, forklifts, OPR) safely to move and load product
* Adhere to GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and all food safety and quality standards
* Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized shipping/working areas
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures
* Report any issues related to food safety, product quality, equipment, or personnel safety to the supervisor
* Maintain shipping equipment to Intercity Packers standards
** Qualifications and Skills
*** Experience operating walkies, forklifts and pallet jacks is an asset. We provide in-house training and certification
* Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment
* Ability to be multi-task, handle customer inquiries and request
* Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to solve routine problems using established procedures
* Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
* Ability to lift up to 25 kg safely

** Richmond, BC**. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Shipping Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and safe shipment of customer orders while maintaining food safety, quality, and warehouse standards in a cold chain environment.

** Monday to Friday, 10am-6:30pm  
** Wage:** $23/hour    
** Key Duties and Responsibilities**- Perform other related department duties as assigned
