A growing food manufacturer in Richmond is seeking a QA Director to lead their food safety and quality assurance programs. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in food manufacturing, particularly in prepared meals, and extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SQF and HACCP. This role involves setting strategic directions, ensuring compliance, and supporting new product development.

A competitive compensation range of $120,000 – $160,000 annually is offered, depending on experience and qualifications.
