In this pivotal role, you'll define and execute the strategy for ensuring top-notch food safety and quality standards. With a focus on continuous improvement, your expertise in SQF, HACCP, and FSMA will guide the organization through operational growth. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and uphold exceptional quality across all products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Food Safety & Quality Assurance team
• Set strategic direction for quality across manufacturing operations
• Oversee implementation of food safety systems like SQF and HACCP
• Support new product development with quality and safety integration
• Manage supplier and vendor compliance and performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
• Minimum 7 years in food manufacturing experience
• Expertise in SQF, HACCP, and FSMA regulations
• Proven track record in leading quality improvement initiatives
• Willingness to travel between facilities as required
