Position: Press Operator Assistant Role

As a Press Helper at Pro Ampac, you’ll contribute significantly to production by assisting the Press Operator in various tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include comparing print quality, monitoring ink levels, and ensuring smooth transitions between rolls. You will help maintain safety and quality standards while facilitating efficient workflow on the press.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Press Operator to maximize productivity

• Compare quality of print samples to maintain standards

• Fill and monitor ink levels per print jobs

• Splice new rolls seamlessly into ongoing operations

• Stage finished rolls for timely shipment

Requirements:

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes

• Effective mechanical skills and communication

• Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts

• Must lift and carry up to 50lbs

• Positive, reliable team player
