Maintaining Equipment at ProAmpac

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Electrician plays a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and inspecting various plant machinery, including Printing Presses and Gas Fired Web Dryers. You will collaborate with production teams to foster improvements while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a respectful workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and troubleshoot control circuits for machinery

• Conduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment

• Provide timely on-call assistance for issues

• Lead continuous improvement discussions with production staff

• Communicate effectively with management and support teams

Requirements:

• Interprovincial Red Seal Certification as an Electrician

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of PLC programming

• Valid Certificates for Forklift and Scissor Lifts

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
