Join the dynamic team at Pro Ampac as a Press Helper and start your journey in the packaging industry. This role focuses on assisting the Press Operator to enhance operational efficiency.

In the position of Press Helper, you will work closely with the Press Operator to ensure production meets the highest standards. Key responsibilities include comparing samples for quality, maintaining ink levels, and splice work for continuous printing. You’ll also be involved in organizing finished products for shipment while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Press Operator to optimize workflow

• Compare print samples to ensure quality

• Monitor and supply ink for press operations

• Splice materials for continual printing processes

• Arrange finished rolls for distribution

Requirements:

• Understanding of basic manufacturing processes

• Mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills

• Capability to work rotating shifts of 8 hours

• Meet physical demands of lifting up to 50lbs

• Positive attitude and reliability
